FIELD: pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for lifting fluid from wells, namely to a drive of a well sucker-rod pump. Drive contains the following installed on base 1: frame 2 with housing 3, engine 4, reduction gear 5, mechanism that converts rotational movement into reciprocating, which includes drive and driven pulleys, covered with a continuous flexible link connected to the carriage, carriage is connected to counterweight installed in guides of housing 3 and connected through flexible link 14 to suspension unit of rods 15, conversion mechanism axis 16, counterweight axis 17 and flexible link 14 axis 18, located near one vertical plane 19. Upper driven pulley is installed in housing 3 with possibility of rotation and limited movement along axis 16 for adjustment of tension of continuous flexible link by means of tensioning mechanism, which includes movable housing 20 with axis 21 of pulley and ratchet mechanism. Tensioning mechanism consists of two wedge-shaped jacks with screws of right and left thread, connected on one side by anti-fall pin, on the other side there are gear wheels 28 and 29, which are in mesh with each other. On the axis of the screw with the right thread with blind holes there is a ratchet mechanism with a rigidly fixed fixing device, which prevents movement of the fastening bolt around its axis. Screw drives the ratchet mechanism rod with weighting agent 35, which in its turn drives the driven pulley, on which switching mechanism 36 is rigidly fixed, which enables to perform automatic tension of the continuous flexible link.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability, durability and efficiency of the drive.
