FIELD: agriculture, fishing.

SUBSTANCE: method includes autumn preparation of breeders, keeping them in wintering ponds before spawning temperatures and hormonal stimulation with carp hypophysis in amounts of 6-7 mg/kg of fish weight. In addition preparation of fishes is performed in spring at temperature from 3.0-4.0°C to 13.0-14.0°C, keeping of breeders of spring preparation is performed in ponds within 1.5-2 months. Reproduction works are performed in two stages; heat accumulation to the beginning of the first stage makes not less than 760 degree days, the second - not less than 960 degree days. Hormonal stimulation is performed for obtaining of the first portion of caviar at water temperature of 18.0-21.0°C and double application of hypophysis with total amount 7 mg/kg of fish weight with 24 hours interval. For obtaining of the second portion of caviar at temperature of 22.0-24.0°C hypophysis with total amount 6 mg/kg of fish weight is applied unitary. The interval between obtaining first and second portions of caviar makes 12-15 days.

EFFECT: increase of mature females quantity and obtaining of additional portion of caviar.
