SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fishing industry. The method includes maintaining the breeders in the basins with the regulation of temperature conditions, carrying out a combined hormonal stimulation and obtaining roe. Autumn valuation is carried out at a water temperature below 12°C. According to values of polarisation of the roe the females are sorted by groups and maintained for 3-5 months at a water temperature of 4-6°C. Then, the temperature of water is increased, and in accumulation of at least 120-150 degree days, a two-stage combined hormonal stimulation is carried out with the interval of 8-12 hours. At the first stage the suspension of pituitary glands of mature cyprinids is injected to females in the amount of 0.4-0.6 mg/kg of body weight of a female. At the second stage the synthetic nanopeptide "Surfagon" is injected in the amount of 1.0-2.0 mcg/kg of body weight of a female.

EFFECT: invention provides the stimulation of sexual maturation of females of sturgeons under the conditions of industrial farms with winter pause of growth and fish rearing stations with a natural water temperature conditions.
