FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device contains cartridge pressure tight attached to bottom, sample of mold core, heating component, installed in cartridge, system of processing of experiment data and set of covers. Each cover has three apertures. The first aperture is connected via a consumption sensor and a regulating facility to a source of gas-carrier and to a vacant cavity of the cartridge under the cover. The second aperture through a switching unit is connected with a sensor of assessment for toxic substances concentration and with environment. The third aperture serves for arrangement of facilities corresponding to a certain stage of study of a gas emitting sample. At the stage of preparation of core mixture the facility is made in form of a blade mixer. At the stage of core mixture hardening the facility is made as the set of temperature sensors arranged around the volume of the sample. At study of diffusion processes of weight transfer of toxic substances, emitted out of the core mixture, a facility is made as a plug while the sample of the mold core is fabricated as a hardened thin layer membrane made out of studied mixture and is secured in the upper part of the cartridge.

EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurements of harmful substances emission from core mixture samples with consideration of different stages of study.
