FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. At cold stage, lab tools are used to measure composition of gas release sand bled and core mixes and their binders as well as specific rates of emission for every toxic component for reduction to common feature. At hot stage, defined are teemed melt type, volume of sand blend and core mix for standard casts, range of maximum core and mol heating temperatures for selected casts, total volume of gas releases from toxic components in heating, as well as content of monoxide of carbon, phenol, formaldehyde, and total content of toxic gas releases from thermogram of destruction if said temperature range. Thereafter, vent system is designed with due allowance for MAC. Then, concentration of toxic gas release is measured to be compared with MAC. In case measured emission exceeds MAC, mixer efficiency and quantity of produced mould and cores are changed.
EFFECT: adequate dynamic control in production.
