FIELD: construction, technologies.
SUBSTANCE: creation of press providing possibility to produce block of reinforced with fibers polystyrene-concrete mixture via mass vibrocompression under static weight when weight pressure is 8-15 kg/m3. This block has the same physical parameters throughout its volume and has length about 600 mm with through hollows. Its density is 175-425 kg/m3, compressive strength - 0.35-1.8 MPa, bending resistance - 0.15-0,6 MPa and coefficient of heat conductivity - 0.065-0.10 W/mC. Press for producing blocks of reinforced with fibers polystyrene-concrete mixture contains body, which has forming cavity in the opening of the top part, and curb limited from bottom by removable tray. Along top part of the bogy, following is located: guides in where carriage of bottomless batcher with front smoothing wall is installed; weight for formed mixture in the form of plate; vibrator for formed mixture compaction; at least one blockout and/or slotout positioned vertically in curb hollow; mechanism for lifting formed block on tray accommodated under the tray. Longitudinal curb boards are made as metal sheets mounted on shelves of longitudinally positioned angle sections on their inside and attached to them. Blockout and/or slotout is attached on top of beam positioned longitudinally under tray with ports for blockout and/or slotout passing, at that, vibrator is mounted on beam side opposite to blockout and/or slotout. Weight has devices for its translatory movement into curb hollow limiting to the value not exceeding 15 mm.
