FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: bow has outboard muzzle which is mounted ahead underwater and which is separated out of bow outline for two longitudinal tunnels for sea water flow passing by sides with inlet and outlet hole. Dow is outfitted by flowing fluid passage in tunnel accelerator which includes at least two nozzles at the same axes. At least one nozzle is introduced in alignment to further nozzle in the direction of flowing fluid passing with formation chambers between nozzles. At least one chamber is connected to feed and bleed device of flowing fluid and in this chamber there are additionally located electrodes for implementation of electrohydraulic impact in flowing fluid which are connected to outlet of electrohydraulic impact in flowing fluid forming unit. At least in one chamber there are located ionisation facilities of flowing fluid. At that accelerator inferior envelope is in horizontal plane. Accelerator body can be partly included into hull and can be of curvilinear outline by hull form. Electrohydraulic impact in flowing fluid forming unit and also equipment and outfitting of feed and bleed device of flowing fluid and also ionisation facilities of flowing fluid are reasonable to locate inside of hull.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing of reduction ratio of vessel impedance and receiving of additional vessel driving force.
