FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to textile industry and may be used during preparation processes, particularly boiling of crude, low-wetted cotton fabrics to impart wicking properties. Method provides for filling porous structure of low-wetted fabric with boiling solution during fabric staying in impregnating solution at ambient temperature. It allows for reducing thermal energy costs to warm up impregnating solution and reducing damping time for impregnated fabric. For this purpose boiling method for fabrics from natural cellulose fibres includes fabric impregnation in water boiling solution, steaming of impregnated fabric in saturated water steam environment at atmospheric pressure, rinsing of steamed fabric in hot and then in cold water, treating of rinsed water in water solution of sulfuric acid, final rinsing of fabric in cold water and spinning. According to invention before fabric is introduced into impregnating boiling solution, it is additionally treated in saturated water steam environment at atmospheric pressure during 4...6 seconds. After that fabric is introduced into boiling solution of ambient temperature through hydro seal avoiding air contact. Damping operation period for impregnated fabric is 90...95 minutes.

EFFECT: reduction of thermal energy costs for impregnating solution warming-up and reduction of impregnated fabric damping time.
