SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil production industry and can be applied for recovery of well fluid, mainly in cases when formation rate shall be restored in highly damaged wells or in case of well kick-off after drilling. Method of well bottomhole treatment and oil recovery includes assembly that contains rod pump with case provided with ports in the middle and rod string with plunger set downhole on tubing string to the perforation interval. Impacts the well bottomhole by elastic vibrations. Pumps reaction products with simultaneous washout of treatment products. Create reciprocating motion of fluid in perforation interval. Assembly at the perforation interval is provided with bottom-plugged cylinder slotted filter with slots and cylindrical screen inside the slotted filter. Slots are made on one side in the sector with angle α=60-120° with slots in the central part of sector directed to the axis of slot filter and other slots parallel to them. Cylindrical screen is provided with round ports inside the sector with axis parallel to slots of slotted filter in the sector and other ports with axis towards screen axle. Create jet propulsion of slotted filter during operation rod pump along slots of slotted filter with transfer of motion to casing string in the perforation level and to well bottomhole.
