SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio measuring equipment and may be used for investigation of electric signals parameters. The following components are introduced into channel of vertical deviation of oscillograph: unit of digitisation, unit of pulse amplifiers, unit of switches, unit of registers and the first power supply unit, while pulse generator and frequency divider are introduced into channel of horizontal deviation as well as flat-panel light diode screen and the second power supply unit.
EFFECT: higher brightness of display of investigated signal and possibility of introduction of any signals displaying time delay for duration by desire of operator.
