SUBSTANCE: method of restoring the carrier frequency of a phase-shift keyed signal and monitoring thereof is characterised by that an in-phase reference signal, which is a signal at the restored carrier, is generated by phase modulation of a harmonic signal generated by a self-contained generator according to the signal obtained when integrating a filtered signal in a ring filter for phase automatic frequency tuning. Phase modulation is carried out via multiplication of functional signals of sine and cosine transformations, obtained in accordance with the integration result, with quadrature harmonic signals of the self-contained generator and summation of said multiplication.
EFFECT: reconstructing a carrier frequency signal from a received phase-shift keyed signal distorted by noise with reduced dispersion of phase noise in the noise band of a phase-locked loop.
