FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. The method of simultaneous removing cadmium and lead from the animal organisms involves daily feeding animals with sodium alginate or beet pectin or carrageenan in the amount of 3% of the basic diet. Introduction of these polysaccharides each separate from one another in the amount of 3% of the basic diet reduces content of cadmium in the internals by 41-78%, lead - 5.8-56.3%, cadmium in the muscular tissue - 28.4-38.8%, lead - 14.1-20.5%.
EFFECT: developing method of simultaneous removing cadmium and lead from animal organisms.
