SUBSTANCE: morphological and immunohistochemical research of received tissue sampling takes place by usual techniques. At presence less than 15 open capillaries in the tissue sampling per unit of myocardium area, proliferation of endothelium to gleam obliteration, exfoliating of endothelium of one or two cells in more than 75% of vessels and expression of insulin receptors of less than 25% of the area of cytoplasm of the cell, closing of coronary shunts is forecasted, and at presence of more than 15 open capillaries in the tissue sampling per unit of myocardium area, proliferation of appearing in separate arteriola, absence of endothelium exfoliating or exfoliating of one or two cells in individual vessels and expression of insulin receptors in 50% of the area of cytoplasm of cardiac hystiocyte, normal functioning of coronary shunts is forecasted.

EFFECT: increase of forecasting accuracy of coronary shunts functioning during remote postoperative period.
