METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF CORONARY ARTERY STENOSIS RESTENOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2649131 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in cardiology, angiology, cardiosurgery, rehabilitation, and can be used as a method for diagnosing restenosis of stents in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) with chronic heart failure (CHF). Method is carried out by determining in blood serum of patients with IHD with CHF in recurrence of angina within 12 months after stenting coronary arteries of the soluble ST2 content by the enzyme immunoassay. When patients with IHD with CHF are identified in patients with coronary artery disease within 12 months after ST2 coronary artery stenting, 37.3 ng/ml and more are diagnosed with restenosis of the stents. Proposed method allows to diagnose development of coronary artery stenosis restinosis by a noninvasive method – by quantifying expression of a new biomarker in serum, which allows to identify a priority group of patients with IHD with CHF with recurrence of angina after stenting of the coronary arteries for performing repeated myocardial revascularization and reducing risks of complications during diagnostic coronary angiography in order to prevent extremely premature mortality in these patients.

EFFECT: method is highly informative and non-invasive.
