FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, be more specific, to improved air-duct tube for a laryngeal mask. The device contains an inflatable cuff and an air-duct tube. The inflatable cuff forms at least a central aperture in distended condition. The cuff is administered through the mouth of a patient into the entered position in the patient. The cuff surrounds true glottis of the patient when it is distended and is in the administered position. The air-duct tube passes from the proximal extremity to the distal extremity. The air-duct tube forms internal passage and has the forward, back, left and right sides. Distinctive feature of the forward and back sides is reduced thickness of the wall in comparison with thickness of a wall of the left and right parties. The tube design provides flexibility increase and elasticity depression in a completely administered position.
EFFECT: increase of flexibility of a tube and elasticity depression in completely administered position.
