FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: air duct device representing a laryngeal mask comprises an air pipe forming, between its proximate and distal ends, an internal channel receiving an endotracheal pipe and a casing. It also includes an inflatable collar and forms a hole communicating with inner channel. The said casing can be through the patient mouth down into preset position, the aforesaid collar being made so that, when inflated, it envelopes the patient glottis. The device additionally comprises an observation fiber optical unit with its proximate and distal ends, the latter being arranged nearby distal end of air pipe.

EFFECT: possibility of remote observation.
