FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: mixer-dispenser incorporates a housing with a section channel accommodating a device intended for preliminary mixing in components representing one or more flat plates arranged ahead of the cavitation device. The mixer-dispenser plates are arranged at an angle to the flow and twisted along the lengthwise axis. The cavitation device represents a grid made up of rods arranged crosswise the flow and with a gap between them. The said plates can be built in the channel walls with a certain deflection in the self-excited vibration conditions and varying the angle of attack towards the flow.
EFFECT: higher quality of emulsification.
