FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic mixer contains a cylindrical casing with an outlet nozzle, a resonator, a nozzle with an output slit opening. The resonator is made with a sharp edge facing the slotted hole of the nozzle and is located along the axis of the housing coaxially with the slotted nozzle opening with the possibility of moving relative to the slit hole in a horizontal plane. The mixer is equipped with an element installed between the resonator and the outlet nozzle, and is made in the form of a cut open syringe coaxially located with the slotted hole of the nozzle, and its outer side tightly adheres to the inner surface of the housing wall.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of media processing, obtaining time-stable dispersions, suspensions, emulsions and other liquid media.
