SUBSTANCE: accessory contains conductor plate. It is equipped with template with central opening that is fixed in relation to conductor plate with the help of fingers fixed in it and installed in guiding openings of conductor plate. Diameter of central opening corresponds to diameter of circumference, within the bounds of which openings are located in tube plate or partition. At that in guiding openings of conductor plate fingers are installed for plate location in relation to processed part.
