FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: polymer chips concentration device incorporates a cylindrical casing furnished with a cover, a bottom, tangential branch pipes to feed in initial mix and to discharge cleared fluid, the said branch pipes incorporating an outlet section. The proposed device comprises also aligned pipes to discharge polymer chips and to feed dilution water and gas, the said pipes being introduced in the casing and connected to the cover and bottom. The concentrated chips feed pipe lower part is furnished with a diffuser adapter, the cover representing a truncated cone structure with the larger base communicating with the casing and the smaller one with the adapter expanding base. The branch pipe cleared fluid outlet section is arranged at the level of connection of the concentrated polymer chip outlet pipe with the diffuser adapter.

EFFECT: higher reliability at variable initial mix flow rate.
