FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: low-temperature vessel is filled with liquid nitrogen, ejector, which sucks in liquid nitrogen by means of blowing liquid or gaseous cooling agent, such as cooled to low temperature gaseous helium or liquid helium, having pressure higher than in space inside vessel, is located in vessel, liquid nitrogen, blown out together with cooling agent, is cooled by cooling agent until it is converted into fine-dispersive particles of hard nitrogen, which fall down, and gas, which is in vessel space, is taken out of vessel in such way that pressure higher than atmospheric pressure was supported in said space. Second claimed method of nitrogen sludge production lies in reduction of pressure of liquid nitrogen gaseous phase in adiabatic vessel in such way as to cause evaporation of nitrogen from liquid phase and reach state of nitrogen triple point, which results in formation of hard nitrogen, which after mixing with liquid nitrogen turns into sludge, liquid surface part of liquid nitrogen and lower part in adiabatic vessel being mixed separately. Invention also relates to devices for realisation of said method, as well as method of determining concentration of hard substance in nitrogen sludge and methods and devices for cooling superconductive body.
EFFECT: method allows to produce nitrogen sludge with fine-dispersive particles of hard nitrogen and is simple in realisation.
