SUBSTANCE: device for ionized water production contains: water reservoir (110), plasma ionisation unit (120), unit (130) of regulation of electric power necessary for plasma ionisation unit (120) operation, terminal (124) which creates electric power supply way from unit of electric power regulation (130) and protrudes from lower surface of plasma ionization unit (120). Plasma ionisation unit (120) contains discharge unit (122), which creates discharge in water according to electric supply, and connector for attaching discharge unit (122) to it. Discharge unit (122) is attached to lower surface of plasma ionisation unit (120) and contains sensor for detecting water presence.

EFFECT: elimination of unpleasant smell from mouth and prevention of gum diseases by mouth rinsing, rendering heavy metals and harmful compounds on food products surface harmless by oxidising them.
