SUBSTANCE: underwater discharge element contains a frame having rectangular opening, first mesh, made of conductive material, including platinum and/or iridium, and mounted in the frame, isolating lamellar mesh, positioned on top of the first mesh and the second mesh, made of conductive material, which includes platinum and/or iridium, and applied onto isolating lamellar and first meshes.
EFFECT: even and safe dissolution of ozone in the water, production of sterilized water of good quality.
