FIELD: chemistry, technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of processing of water supply stations sediments includes their mixing with solution of high-molecular polymer cation flocculant, additive, mixing and dehydration. Initial hydroxide sediment is processed with solution of high-molecular cation flocculant with concentration 0.1-0.15% and amount 3.5-4 kg/ton of dry sediment substance. Formed mixture is mixed and as additive "skop" -sediment from floatation traps of purification process of excessive circulating water from offset paper production is introduced into it in amount 0.25-0.6% from initial sediment volume. Obtained mixture is mixed with rate 90-130 rev/min, subsequent consolidation is carried out during 3-6 hours. Gravitational dehydration of sediment is carried out in presence of solution of high-molecular cation flocculant with concentration 0.1-0.15% and amount 0.33-0.4 kg/ton of dry sediment and "skop" in amount 1-3% from initial sediment volume.
EFFECT: reduction of humidity of dehydrated sediment, reduction of obtained sediment volume and reduction of technological process cost.
