FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: before being filtered off, hydroxide deposits formed in the course of reagent purification of natural and industrial waste waters are mixed with 0.01-0.2% of water-insoluble cationic copolymer of acrylamide with dialkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylates or their hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid salts, or their quaternary salts with dimethyl sulfate or methyl chloride, said copolymer containing 10-90 mol % cationic groups; and 0.00005-0.003% of polyacrylamide containing 1-30 mol % anionic groups.
