FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, viscosity regulators, complexing agents, alkaline additives and antisorbents in a hydrodynamic cavitation zone. All proportioned components of the all-purpose detergent are then mixed while adding electrochemically treated water. The volume ratio of components of the detergent and the treated water are chosen such that they are equal to the golden proportion (Fibonacci number ratio) 0.618. Cavitation is carried out with at rotor speed of 2200-3000 rpm and flow strength of 0.06-0.1 MPa at temperature 60-70°C to obtain a homogeneous stabilised emulsion with particle size from 2 to 10 mcm. The apparatus has storage tanks with detergent component batchers, a rotor-oscillatory apparatus, apparatus for electrochemical treatment of water and a batcher with rotor-oscillatory apparatus.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of producing all-purpose detergent.
