SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of slabs, hot rolling when temperature at end of rolling is not less than 810°C and winding at temperature not less than 615°C. At thickness of bands 1.40-1.99 mm temperature of winding is maintained equal to 615-655°C. At thickness of bands 2.00-2.80 mm temperature of end of rolling is not less, than 820°C and temperature of winding is 625-665°C. At thickness of bands 2.81-3.99 temperature of end of rolling is not less than 830°C and temperature of winding is 680-720°C. At thickness of bands 4.00 and more temperature of end of rolling is not less than 840°C and temperature of winding is 625-665°C.
EFFECT: increased output of accepted product at simultaneous reduction of manganese concentration in steel.
