SUBSTANCE: device includes body with longitudinal groove for rod and coaxially located on side walls of groove holes for catch. Device character is in body implementation with additional holes for catch located out of alignment lengthwise of body relative to basic holes and on different distance from body axes. At that groove of body in central part is implemented with greater section in comparison with end site, and length of body's groove dilatation is more then summary length of end sites. Body in holes area of location for catch is implemented with thickened walls.

EFFECT: effectiveness increase of device operating; fabrication method simplification and its reduction in value.
