FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing plain bearings with a binary surface incorporating a bush with its working surface furnished with grooves or holes housing solid-lubricant liners consists in that the liners are produced by injecting anti-friction material into grooves or holes of the bushes fitted into the molds, the aforesaid anti-friction material being made by rolling the epoxy-pre-polymer based on the product resulted from interaction of the mix of epoxidised novolak (A) and epoxy-dianonum resin with molecular weight within 360 to 540 (B) with 3,3'di-chlorine-4.4'diamino-diphenylmethane (C) at 60 to 130°C for 30 to 120 min in the ratio of A:B:C from 85:10:5 to 5:80:15 with the following modification of the said pre-polymer in the rolls by fluoro-rubbers at the ration of 90:10 to 60:40 for 5 to 30 min at 60 to 90°C and subsequent addition of a solidifier, an aromatic amine, a filler, i.e. a mix of the fluoridised olefine with chopped fibers and anti-adhesion agent, and additional rolling for 5 to 15 min at 40 to 80°C.
EFFECT: mechanised liner production, better liners' performances.
