FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: epoxide molding material is prepared by rolling mixture of epoxide resins with various additives, said molding material being then processed into mainly antifriction-destination articles through compression or transfer molding. Method involves preliminary preparation of composition consisting of, wt parts: epoxide constituent: mixture of epoxide dian resin having molecular mass 900-1600 and solid prepolymer, 100.0; aromatic amine as curing agent, 15.0-40.0, aromatic hydroxyl-containing compound as accelerator, 0.3-6.0; rubber extender, 100.0-700.0; and release agent, 1.0-5.0. Resulting composition is then rolled for 3-18 min at 45-49°C, rolled mass is cooled to temperature no higher than 25°C and ground. As solid prepolymer, invention employs product obtained by reaction of diglycidyl aniline derivative, tetraglycidyl derivative of 3,3'-dichloro-4.4'-diaminodiphrnylmethane, and 4,4'dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone at weight ratio between 80:17:3 and 10:75:15, respectively. Reaction is carried out for 15-45 min at 70-120°C. Solid epoxide dian resin and solid prepolymer are taken at weight ratio between 80:20 and 20:80. Rubber extender utilized is glass fiber/powdered graphite mixture at ratio between 90:10 and 20:80.

EFFECT: enabled preparation of material allowing manufacturing products with improved antifriction properties.
