FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing antifriction moulding materials, meant for making antifriction components with complex shapes, for example bearing bushings. A method is described for producing antifriction organic fibre moulding material, involving preparation of a solution of epoxy resin by mixing epoxidated amine (A) with mineral H-Cu-montmorillonite (B) in ratio A:B ranging from 90:10 to 40:60, and an organic solvent, addition of hardening agent - adduct 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane with 3,4-epoxycyclohexamethyl-3',4'-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate, and stirring. Further, organic fibre filler - chopped fibre and lubricant, is added. The mass is stirred and dried.
EFFECT: obtaining moulding material with high strength and heat resistance, which allows for making components through compression moulding and transfer moulding using the material.
