FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: pilot valve incorporates a body with the control gas feed channel, valve adjustment mechanisms allowing its operation at preset pressure and an actuator with a adjustment spring and a membrane, its one side facing the controlled medium chamber while its other side is linked to the switch-over mechanism. The latter represents a lever, its one end being pivoted on the rotary axle to interact with the said membrane while the other end is linked to the spring-loaded con-rod locking mechanism. One end of the said con-rod is in contact with the mechanism of its raising, the other one being linked to the shut-off element that shuts off the control gas chamber with the controlled medium flow parameters varying. The lever interacts with the membrane via the its rod. The lever side facing the aforesaid adjustment spring interacts with the adjustment element representing a body with two spherical surfaces, one interacting with the mating surface of the lever, the other one with the washer the actuator adjustment spring presses on.
EFFECT: simpler design and higher reliability.
