FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator contains a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, a seat closed by a valve, a spring biased, a membrane sensitive element, a load spring supported by a plate and located in a glass, an adjusting screw. Membrane is made of three-layered with outer layers of rubber and internal of the fabric. Membrane is installed with a preliminary deflection towards the controlled pressure. Outer edges of the membrane, due to deformation of each rubber layer, are fixed in the annular grooves on the body and on the end surface of the ring, fixedly clamped between the body and the glass fixed on it and is the limiter of the deflection of the membrane, which interacts with the pressure washer, which is fixedly fixed in the plate. Annular groove is formed on the side surface of the plate, with a split ring installed in them, interacting with the inner wall of the glass.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability of the pressure regulator.
