FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: test bench for aero dynamical and acoustic trials of ventilators of two circuit turbo reactive engines (TCTRE) includes birotatory ventilator with front working wheel and back working wheel installed in acoustic (anechoic) chamber at distance of not less, than 10 diameters of working wheel from front, back and one of side walls of acoustic (anechoic) chamber. The front working wheel of the birotatory ventilator is secured to the front end of a shafting, the back working wheel of the birotatory ventilator is secured to the front end of the shafting; shaftings are arranged in alignment and via bearings and conic shells are united with a case; the case in its turn is connected with conic shells; conic shells are connected with a support case, while the support case is tied to a support frame, resting on a foundation. A conic tooth wheel is attached to the back end of the shafting; the said wheel meshes with its teeth with conic tooth sprocket of a birotatory reducer. Couples of conic tooth sprockets of the birotatory reducer kinematically are not tied to one another, which facilitates independent rotation as for frequency and power of working wheels of the birotatory ventilator.
EFFECT: ensures independent as for frequency and power rotation of each working wheel of birotatory ventilator.
