FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of turbojet engine testing at test bench under conditions that are close to flight conditions. Test bench for altitude test of double-circuit turbojet engines (TJEDC) includes thermostatic installation, exhauster installation and climatic test bench with tested motor installed inside. Internal cavity of climatic test bench is divided by partitions. Front partition is installed in the area of engine inlet device, and back partition is installed in the area of its exhaust. At that controlled holes are installed in front partition, for instance, throttle valves, and relief valves are provided in back partition. In tested engine air cavity of the second circuit is separated from gas-air cavity of the first circuit. Whenever tested engine is started and air is simultaneously supplied to its inlet from thermostatic installation as well as the second circuit air, the second circuit air flow rate control and exhaust of the first circuit gas are carried out by exhauster installation. Prior to start-up engine is thermostatically controlled, for that purpose engine air-gas channel and surrounding cavity is blown with air of preset temperature, and all air of the second circuit is supplied to engine inlet in the process of testing. Test bench is universal for testing of engines with low and high bypass ratio, at that it is possible to thermostatically control - cool or heat - the engine both from inside and outside, which is necessary for imitation of flight conditions.

EFFECT: possibility to test TJEDC without increase of thermostatic and exhauster installations with total air flow that exceeds the flow provided by thermostatic and exhauster installations into climatic test bench.
