FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to electric engineering, in particular, to electroconductive lubricants that are used in operation of high-precision electric contacts. Lubricant contains solution of high-molecular soap in preservation oil K-17 as organic binder, as additive - antioxidant: neozone D, or phenothiazine, diaphene FP, diaphene FF or their analog, and copper powder, with further content of components, in %: : copper powder 60-65; antioxidant 0.5-1.0, the rest - 6±1 % is solution of organic binder. Lubricant is prepared by method that includes the following stages: (1) preparation of organic binder with application of heat for certain period of time, (2) introduction of antioxidant into binder and (3) mixing of prepared mass with copper powder.
EFFECT: increase of technological properties of lubricant, increase of electroconductivity of contact joint with suggested lubricant and joint operation life.
