FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to multifunctional electroconductive greases used in installation and operation of dismountable movable electrical connections operating in open air, mainly compounds, one of which is made by powder metallurgy method, and has porosity, and can be used for reduction and preservation of transient resistance in electrical connections of heating contact zone. Task of the proposed technical solution is to increase the rolling stock safety. Technical result is achieved by electroconductive grease for electrical connections containing lithium-based multifunctional grease Lithol-24, copper and graphite powders, antioxidant and anticorrosive additives, characterized by that it contains powders and additives in the following ratio, wt%: copper powder stabilized 35–50, lubricant graphite 0.05–1.50, molybdenum disulphide MoS2 0.8–1.2, antioxidant additive 0.5–2.0, anticorrosive additive 0.5–1.5, lithium-based multifunctional grease Lithol-24 – balance. Besides, copper powder has grain size of less than 100 mcm, at least 65 % with grain size less than 45–50 mcm, MoS2 molybdenum disulphide powder has grain size of 0.65–4.0 mcm, as graphite of lubricating material is used a graphite GS-1, molybdenum disulphide MoS2 is represented by DMI-7, as an antioxidant additive used is technical ionol, AKOR-1 is used as anticorrosive additive.

EFFECT: in process of solving the task, technical result is achieved which consists in reduction of operating costs when using disclosed lubricant in dismountable current-conducting spring devices intended for installation under metal butt straps of rail joint, provision of normalized level of electric resistance of rail connection at short-term heating of contact zone of spring device above 350 °C.
