SUBSTANCE: multimedia streams are transferred from transmitting communication device to receiving communication device at least partially over wireless communication network. At least one multimedia stream sent to receiving communication system is selected, QoS requirements are defined for selected at least one multimedia stream transfer, resources for transmission from wireless communication network are reserved for sending mentioned at least one multimedia stream, and procedure of establishing connection between receiving and transmitting communication devices is performed to activate a single packeted data transfer connection. Connection initiation is requested for at least one multimedia stream via receiving communication device, and one data transfer context is used in sending selected at least one multimedia stream, with information on reserved resources sent to receiving communication device in the beginning or after the beginning of transfer of at least one multimedia stream requested via receiving communication device.
EFFECT: possibility to notify both connection terminals of connection query.
