FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: hand luggage carrier incorporates bin, main and auxiliary wheels fitted on the axles and an appliance to fix the axles to the said bin. The device comprises, at least, one arm with, at least, one handle allowing varying the bin inclination angle to horizontal and the force application point, relative to the aforesaid bin, in direction opposite to that of the bin inclination relative to the main wheels. At least, one of the aforesaid arms can lock the aforesaid position. The auxiliary wheels are arranged so as to ratio of the distance between the auxiliary wheels lengthwise closest geometrical axes to the said wheels diameter makes a value to be selected from the range of 0.2 to 0.56.

EFFECT: reduced required force to move hand luggage and lower irregularity of forces.
