METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF COMPLEX OF ETIOLOGICAL FACTORS LEADING TO DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF ANTERIOR EYE CREST Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/48 G01N1/30

Abstract RU 2337609 C2

FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: perform examination of forward part of an eye by means of lateral focal illumination and a gram-stained smear painted, biomicroscopy, Schirmer's test. Diagnostics of a complex of the etiological factors leading to development of specific chronic inflammatory diseases of forward part of an eye, perform on the basis of revealing of following indicators: and at thickened edge of an eyelid, a lesion in the field of eyelashes in the form of flakes the impregnated with purulent separated, plural occlusions at Meibomian gland on intercostal space of the eyelids, mucopurulent separated in the corner of an eye, velvety mucous of the eyelid and diagnose mycoplasmal-ureaplasmal association using the admixed injection of an eyeball, at revealing of a considerable quantity viscous purulent, separated in gingival lines of cyanotic conjunctiva, defects in a paracentral zone of a cornea of yellow-grey colour with infiltraded edges, and in gram-stained smears - Nijssen gonococcuses and more than 60 leucocytes on 100 cells of a smear, an average leukocytosis, diagnose a gonorrheal-protozoan infection; at hyperemia and edema of a lower eyelid mucous, mucopurulent separated mass, hypertrophies of the follicles located randomly, somewhere in the form of beads, presence in the smears of gram-stained - 30-40 leucocytes in p\zr diagnose chlamidial-ureaplasmic association, at a hyperemia of the inferior transitive cord of an eyelid crease, mucopurulent separated mass at the angles of eyes, a hypertrophy of follicles, determination up to 60 leucocytes in p\zr in a gram-smear, diagnose a chlamidial-protozoan infection; at an acute edema and a hyperemia of eyelids, presence of flakes in the field of the eyelashes impregnated with purulent separated mass, assembly of a mucopurulent separated at the corner of an eye, hypertrophied quaggy follicles - diagnose chlamydial-mycoplasmal microbic association, at revealing of an edema and infiltration of a conjunctiva of eyelids and transitory folds, pmucopurulent mass in the corners of eyes, hypertrophied quaggy follicles of the inferior transitory folds, quantity of leucocytes in a smear - 40 in p\zr per 100 cells, and at Schirmer's assay - the expressed depression of lacrimation - diagnose chlamydial-ureaplazmic-protozoan mixed infection. At thickening and hyperemia of eyelids, plethorical ecdysis in the form of flakes, plethorical purulent separated in the corner of an eye, hydropic conjunctiva, merging follicles located in the inferior transitory fold - diagnose chlamidial-mycoplasmal-ureaplazmal association, at determination of a considerable quantity viscous purulent separated mass in conjunctiva folds, subepithelial infiltrates in the centre of cornea, individual hypertrophied follicles, in a smear from a conjunctiva Gram's stained 60-80 leucocytes in p\zr per 100 cells are defined, Nijssen's gonococcuses - diagnose gonorrheal-chlamidial microbic association; at hydropic and hyperemic eyelids, mucopurulent separated from lacrimal openings, hyperemias of conjunctiva, hypertrophied follicles located in the form of the platen - diagnose a chlamidial-staphylococcal infection; at detection of curdled scurf at edges of hyperemic eyelids, purulent separated of expanded lacrimal openings, edema and infiltration of conjunctiva, hyperplasias of papillas of conjunctiva - diagnose candidosisly-chlamidial infection; at edema of eyelids, determination of flakes in the field of the eyelashes impregnated with purulent separated, admixed injection of an eyeball, small amount is serous-purulent separated pleated in conjunctivas, acentric infiltrates of cornea and an expressed depression of lacrimation at Schirmer's assay - diagnose protozoan - mycoplasmal microbic association; at hydropic, hyperemic eylids, flaky ecdysis on edge of eyelids, hyperemic conjunctiva, purulent separated in the corners of eyes, fine grey superficial infiltrates on cornea edge - diagnose a protozoan - 2 ureaplasmic infection; at thickened and hyperemic eyelids with plethorical ecdysis along the edges in the form of flakes, hydropic and hyperemic conjunctiva, plural punctual erosions in transitory folds, fine grayish superficial infiltrates on cornea edge - diagnose a protozoan-mycoplasmal-ureaplazmal infection; in the presence of curdled scurf at edges of a hyperemic eyelid, purulent separated of ectatic lacrimal openings, hydropic injected conjunctiva combined with regional infiltrates of cornea - diagnose protozoan-candidosisly-ureaplazmal association; at curdled scurf along the edges of an eyelid, purulent separated from lacrimal openings, hiperemic conjunctiva-diagnose a candidosis-protozoan infection.

EFFECT: possibility to carry out choice of adequate therapy and obtaining of favorable outcome of disease.
