In every cardiocycle define an indicator of flow rate of cardiac output (FCO) in ml/s under the formula: FCO =0.9·K·ρ·Q2·L·Ad/Z2 (ml/s), where: 0.9 - the correction factor caused by features of electrodes imposition, K - the dimensional factor determined according Gundarev's nomographic chart, ρ - specific resistance of blood = 150 ohm·cm, Q - thorax perimetre at level 4 of intercostal space in front and the bottom corners of scapulas from behind, cm, L - interelectrode distance, cm, Ad - amplitude of a systolic part of a curve differential rheogram, Ohm/s, Z - a base impedance, Ohm. Using all FCO values build a statistical order sample, calculate mode amplitude FCO (AM FCO) in percentage, and if AM FCO totals 50% and more, define pathological variability of cardiac output.
EFFECT: method expands arsenal of agents for determination of variability of cardiac output.
