FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to method of functional diagnostics. Current electrodes, connected to high-frequency current and potential electrodes, connected to high-frequency voltage metre, are applied on patient inter-electrode impedance is measured, reogram is registered and cardiac ejaculation is evaluated. In order to determine the value of cardiac ejaculation in region of greater circulation, two potential electrodes are applied on the right and left arms, on anterior surface of chest on mid-line, connecting the arms, under the middle of clavicular prominences and two front current electrodes. Back current electrodes are installed symmetrically on back surface in regions of projections of the latter and are connected with the front ones. Geometrical volume of aortal region of cardiac ejaculation measurement is calculated by formula Vce≅k·(π/8)·A·B·[(2/π)-B+k·L], where: k equals 0.5, A is the distance between neck and xiphoid process, B is the distance between axillary creases, Q is the chest perimetre at the level of axillary line, L is the distance between measuring electrodes. Value of cardiac ejaculation is calculated by formula CE=Vcb·(ΔZcb/Zcb), where ΔZcb is amplitude, Zcb is inter-electrode impedance of reogram.
EFFECT: method increases reliability of cardiac ejaculation value measurement.
