FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conical crushers and can be used in construction and mining industries. Proposed crusher comprises casing 1, outer cone 2 and crushing cone 3 arranged on said foundation through cushioning system to form crushing chamber, drive transmission and engine. In lower part of housing 1 there is flange 18 of housing 1. Cushion damping system 1 includes air damper 11, which is a toroid-shaped chamber which is oriented horizontally and is closed in a ring, and a toroidal chamber is made in the inner cavity of which a surplus pressure is created. Air damper 11 has nozzle 17, through which is connected an air compressor connected to control computer. Housing 1 of grinder is installed directly on air damper 11 so that flange of housing 18 falls on upper surface of pneumatic shock absorber 11, wherein entire chamber of pneumatic shock absorber 11 is located under lower plane of flange 18, base 12 of air damper 11 is ring, along outer perimeter of which there are at least two eyes of fasteners 10, on the side of internal perimeter of base ring 12 of pneumatic shock absorber 11 there are at least three vertical stationary supports. At that case flange 18, air damper 11 and base 12 of air damper 11 are aligned so that axes of symmetry of said parts coincide with crusher central axis. Crusher housing 1 accommodates at least one vibration sensor 21 connected to control computer.

EFFECT: damping system provides the possibility of adjustment of damping parameters with high accuracy under certain conditions of crusher operation.
