SUBSTANCE: mill rollers with ring shaping discs are mounted in cases. The mill includes mill roller drive with a single cogwheel, mill roller retraction device, guiding wires in the plane perpendicular to a line drawn over mill roller axes, and device of forced axial feed of tube blank to plastic deformation seat. Shaping discs of mill rollers are capable of self-positioning against a plane perpendicular to mill roller axis. Springy elements are mounted between the said discs. Mill roller retraction device is made in the form of two arms, one end of each arm rotating around cogwheel axis. Middle part of each arm rests on the case of respective mill roller, while the other arm ends are interconnected by hydrocylinder and reverse spring.

EFFECT: enhanced production capacity of mill.
