FIELD: waste recycling.
SUBSTANCE: method of waste recycling contains organic materials, including chlorine-containing and infected ones. It includes loading of waste into chamber of thermal decomposition (CTD), heating and decomposition of organics in CTD, with formation of gaseous and hard products, their combustion, catalytic neutralisation, cooling in heat exchanger and dust cleaning of smoke gases. Loading of waste into chamber of thermal decomposition is carried out through gate device that is constantly flushed with inertial gas. Waste is subjected with oxygen-free thermal decomposition, at the temperature of 550-700°C in metal chamber fully heated from outside with smoke gases from combustion of external fuel in burner installed in close proximity to it, with smoke gases from cyclone furnace produced by combustion of gaseous products of pyrolysis burned in it at the temperature of 1200-1300°C, and smoke gases from combustion of hard pyrolysis products in fire grate. Heat exchange in internal volume of chamber of thermal decomposition is intensified with permanent mixing of wastes and creation of forced circulation of gaseous phase due to supply of inertial gas into bottom part heated up to 600-700°C, preparation of which is performed at the account of thermal potential of smoke gases. Gaseous products from chamber of thermal decomposition are introduced into cyclone furnace by means of injection. As injected medium pressure-forced air is used, which is preliminarily heated up to 350-400°C with exhaust smoke gases, sludge caught in scrubber is sent for repeated pyrolysis into chamber of thermal decomposition, and all technological process is performed under vacuum.
EFFECT: provides recycling of wastes with provision of equipment safe operation conditions and permissible exhausts into atmosphere according to environmental requirements.
