FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing articles from foamaluminium, used in construction and machine-building. Device contains heating chamber with loading holes from two end faces, supplied with heating device, made in form of flat jet-flare burner with distributed flare intensity. Bottom is made in form of conveyor belt, consisting of hauling chains with fixed on them flat metal plates, hingedly joined to each other with clearance, which does not exceed 0.2 mm. Device is supplied with forming unit, made from several horizontal driving rolls, installed behind heating chamber above the level of bottom plane with regulated clearance, forming unit rolls being supplied with regulated drive of rotational movement and are fixed relative each other in horizontal plane with step equal 1.2d, where d is roll diameter.
EFFECT: increase of quality of manufactured products surface and increase of productivity.
