FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics and intends for prediction of frequent acute respiratory viral infection incidence in infants suffering from previous central nervous system perinatal affections. Method consists that peripheral venous blood of infant after 1st year is tested for relative content of CD16+ lymphocytes. If this value is equal to 10.1% and more, frequent acute respiratory viral infection incidence is predicted in infants till 3 years old to accuracy 80.0%. Method allows for timely prescription of required medical supervision of infants suffering from perinatal CNS affections, for preventive and medical actions, for lowered disease incidence and to prevent chronic pathology development in children of 1-3 years old.
EFFECT: provided accurate and early prediction of acute respiratory viral infection incidence in infants suffering from previous central nervous system perinatal affections.
