FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: immunological examination is performed. Prior to vaccination, for children with an unfavourable premorbid background, subpopulations of CD16+, CD25+ lymphocytes are determined. With relative values of the subpopulation of lymphocytes with CD16+ phenotype below 20% and CD25+ phenotype below 24% the prediction is favourable. With relative values of the subpopulation of lymphocytes with CD16+, CD25+ phenotypes above 20% and 24% the prediction is unfavourable.
EFFECT: invention allows to predict the complicated post-vaccination period during vaccination against measles, mumps, rubella, in children with an unfavourable premorbid background.
