SUBSTANCE: system and method for detection of mobile partners in peer-nodes network (P2P) are presented. Each partner is identified in P2P network using unique identifier. Each partner also can be identified by identification file located in P2P network. Interworking applications can include any of multiple applications containing information exchange between two or more partners, such as voice transmission over IP-protocol (VoIP). Dynamic file request can be executed to filter identification files that are the most relevant to specific peer partner. Web-services between P2P mobile devices and between devices and other service providers are used comprehensively. Search engines use self-sufficient identification and Web-services templates for different users such as personal, game and commercial.
