FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes impregnation of porous structure from refractory metal in vacuum furnace in the medium of hydride hydrogen with three metals - tin /Sn/, indium /In/ and gallium /Ga/ into three serial stages with duration of 10-20 minutes each, namely, in the first stage structure is impregnated with liquid tin /Sn/ at the temperature of 750-1150°C, at the second stage - with liquid indium /In/ at the temperature of 750-1000°C, at the third stage - liquid gallium /Ga/ at the temperature of 700-900°C, and quantity of liquid tin /Sn/, indium /In/ and gallium /Ga/ are selected as proportional to composition of eutectic and volume of structure pores.
EFFECT: higher impregnation capacity of porous structure from refractory metal with fusible metal.
